Flagship & Meal Prep Store
Our Savage Kitchen Kirkcaldy store is our main flagship location; all our meal preparation and cooking are done here. On average, we prepare 4,000 meals a week for our customers. This includes cooking, packaging, and storing the meals for customers to collect from either Kirkcaldy or Dunfermline.
In addition to meal prep, we are open six days a week for customers to come in for a chat, advice, and support when needed. We serve healthy meals (boxes and wraps) using only the best ingredients. Our meals are packed with essential macronutrients and are designed to provide the optimal amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats, fuelling your body to keep you ahead and in optimal health.
We also offer fresh fruit smoothies and our “self-proclaimed” award-winning pancakes!
Healthy Eats, Comfy Seats
This is our newest store, where all meals are cooked in Kirkcaldy and then delivered to this location.
The Dunfermline store boasts the largest seating area for customers, and we offer our selection of healthy meals (boxes and wraps) made with the finest ingredients.
Customers can also enjoy fresh fruit smoothies, a variety of coffees, and our ‘self-proclaimed’ award-winning pancakes!

We will have a selection of meals for you to walk in and collect from our Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline stores, and you can also get these delivered via JustEat.
Rip the label, pop the corner and heat in microwave on full power for 2.5 / 3 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before eating.
Yes! However, we only provide the meals chilled and fresh.
Yes! Remove from freezer, rip the label, pop the corner and heat in microwave on full power for 8 minutes. Stir halfway and ensure food is piping hot before eating.
We use all fresh ingredients with no additives or preservatives therefore meals are fresh for four days, see best before on label on base of meals. Frozen meals should be consumed within 3 months.
