Our Savage Kitchen Kirkcaldy store is our main flagship store; all our meal preparation and cooking is done here. On average we prepare 4000 meals here a week for our customers. This includes cooking, packaging and storing the meals for customers to collect from either Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes or Dunfermline. In addition to Meal Prep, we are also open 6 days a week for customers to come in for a chat, advice and support when required. We serve customers healthy meals (boxes and wraps) using only the best of ingredients. Our meals are packed with all essential macronutrients. Each meal has been designed to provide the optimum amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats, fueling your body to keep you ahead and in optimum health. We also offer our customers fresh fruit smoothies and our “self-proclaimed” award winning pancakes!
