The Savage Shred is an intense, 8-week programme that will transform your body by reducing your body fat and building lean muscle. This is a gym-based program that has been designed to allow all participants to be successful regardless of their current fitness levels.
We have created two different programmes for you, a Male Shred, and a Female Shred. We have created tailored exercises and focused on set muscle groups to ensure they are enjoyable and fun whilst providing serious benefits.
At Savage, we do not believe in fad diets, we believe in healthy sustainable lifestyles but most importantly, keeping it fun and exciting. When you engage in the Shred, you will be provided with a PDF that will educate you on the correct foods to eat, what macronutrients are, why they are important, and their effect on your body.
We will calculate your personalised macros to provide you with the specific nutrition that your body needs to guarantee your results. Yes, we will provide you with how to work out and what to eat, taking away all the hard decisions from you, to guarantee your success.
