Medical Information / Advice?
We advise that you talk with your GP before taking on any kind of drastic changes to diet or activity levels. We have some questions below if you answer yes to any of them we would highly advise that you discuss it with your GP and get medical clearance and some information on any possible limitations you may face. If you answer no to all of the questions, you can be reasonably sure that you can exercise safely and have a low risk of having any medical complications from the plan.

- Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?
- In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?
- Do you lose your balance because of dizziness, or do you ever lose consciousness?
- Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?
- Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs for your blood pressure or heart condition?
- Has your doctor ever told you to NOT exercise?
- Is there any reason why you should NOT participate in physical activity?
WHAT IS THE SAVAGE 8-WEEK SHRED?
The Savage Shred is an intense, 8-week programme that will transform your body by reducing your body fat and building lean muscle. This is a gym-based program which has been designed to allow all participants to be successful regardless of their current fitness levels.
